===== Rules for RFCs =====
  - Any person may create an RFC.
  - An RFC has a wiki page and a link in the [[RFCs|community RFC list]].
  - The Creator of the RFC wiki page has full control over the contents of the RFC.
  - The RFC wiki page contains the following text: "This RFC complies with [[rfc-0000|RFC 0000]] and I acknowledge that [[rfc-0000|RFC 0000]] can change at any time rendering this RFC invalid."
